The team at Casa Nordica Estates have accumulated over 30 years of experience living in Spain, experiencing Spain and most importantly the property sector in Spain. Mikaela Jonasson has been living in Spain and involved in the sector since 2008 while, Sigrid Beate Jegleim boasts an extra six years, having moved to Spain in 2002. They both chose the Costa del Sol due to the pleasant Mediterranean weather all year round, beautiful beaches, great range of entertainment, culture and restaurants and proximity to both hiking trails and skiing in the Sierra Nevada.

Mikaela, originally from Sweden, lives in the centre of Malaga and enjoys having everything close by, enjoying the old town, going to the beach in Pedregalejo and hiking in the fantastic mountains nearby, Montes de Malaga. “Matching the right property to the right customer is my strength, I do not give up until it is right. The customer must feel safe in the purchase process. I speak fluent Spanish, Swedish, English and French and ensure that both buyer and seller are happy in the process of buying or selling a property.”

Sigrid, originally from Norway, lives in Torremolinos just outside Malaga where she has lived since 2002. She has great knowledge of Spain and the real estate sector after working in the bank and real estate sector since 2003. “Before I started working as a real estate agent, I spent eight years at a Spanish bank handling mortgages and housing transactions. The experience from this job is very useful today in both the sale and purchase process at our office. In my free time I like to spend time with my two daughters Kristina and Malin together with our dog Nelly. I speak fluent Spanish, Norwegian, Swedish and English.”
